U.S. SUPREME COURT will hear John's case: ugh. Not good news. It probably means the Big Court will overrule the 5th Circuit's good ruling for John, i.e. he had a chance of recovering some money from his 18 yrs -- 'but I'm innocent' death row incarceration. He was/ is innocent.... so the Big Dogs might wanna stop this train. Ugh. Probably will be heard in fall 2010. Google: "John Thompson, Louisiana death row, exonerated" and stuff will come up. Good luck. Fingers crossed for JT and all innocents on USA's death row.
